[ Report submitted in Court be taken on record. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner. The petitioner is complying with the conditions granting anticipatory bail. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation.

The Court is informed that the charge sheet was submitted prior to the order dated May 10, 2022 granting anticipatory bail. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to waive the condition requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation. All other conditions of such order granting anticipatory bail will remain the same.
