The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 19.05.2016 particularly with regard to the warrant of arrest in connection with Ketugram P. S. Case No. 65 of 2016 dated 02.03.2016.

Report of the Sub-Inspector of Police of Ketugram Police Station reflects that the petitioner has surrendered before the learned special court on 20th March, 2023 and he was granted bail. In view of the report so submitted, I am of the opinion that the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1138 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous. .
