Report is placed on record. Petitioner has consented to be an approver.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits her bail prayer may be considered after her deposition is recorded. 3.

We have considered the materials on record.

Allegations involve forgery of a court order. Her father was the beneficiary of the forgery and is an accused in the case. In the event, petitioner is released on bail she may be subjected to threat, coercion or undue influence.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. She may renew her prayer after her evidence is recorded.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is directed to take prompt steps for consideration of charge and commencement of trial. Upon commencement of trial, evidence of the approver shall be recorded at the earliest.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
