Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda, learned advocate, and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya, learned advocate, who usually appear on behalf of the State, are present in Court. They are requested to appear on behalf of the State in this matter. Their appointment may be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor of this Court.

Learned lawyer on behalf of the State appears and submits that though the revisional application refers to prayer for quashing of Complaint Case No.139C/09 under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, but that case was investigated by the police and submitted charge-sheet. Considering all documents in the records, I do not find any reason to interfere with the proceedings by exercising the revisional jurisdiction. Moreover, the case is pending since 2011. The petitioners are not taking steps for hearing of this matter. Considering all facts and circumstances discussed above, the revisional application stands dismissed.
