No. 3735 of 2010 arising out of Jagatdal P.S. Case No. 583/10 dated 20.10.2010 under Sections 406/468/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Dewan, learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that police took up investigation and submitted. F.R.T. before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate. Notice was issued upon the de facto complainant and with her consent learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore was pleased to accept the final report submitted by the police in the form of F.R.T. vide order dated 10.5.2013.

Under such circumstances, this application under consideration has become infructuous and is disposed of. Copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is taken on record.
