The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of a new electricity connection for running a submersible pump belonging to the petitioner.

On behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL, it is submitted that no such connection can be granted on the ground for Techno Commercial reasons.

In view of the above, WPA 8910 of 2026 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps, if so advised in accordance with law.
