Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is an occupier and her peaceful entitlement is being interfered with by the respondent no.7. To that effect petitioner informed the Inspector-in-Charge, Lake Town Police Station.

Learned advocate for the State submits that Title Suit is pending inter se the parties.

Having considered that the last of the information was furnished on February, 2023 which is more than two years old, I am of the view that in case further inconveniences are faced, petitioner would be at liberty to bring the same to the notice of the Civil Court already in seisin of the matter. If there are directions of the Civil Court upon the police authorities concerned, police

authorities would respect, obey and implement the order of the Civil Court.

Police authorities, in the meantime would see that there is no breach or the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8532 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
