Mr. Sandipan Maity Mr. Sk. Saifuddin ....for the Petitioner Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee ....for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of an electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner.

On behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL, it is submitted that the petitioner has failed to comply with the all necessary formalities including construction of a meter room and the required boring facilities in order to effect any such connection On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that they have complied with the necessary boring facilities.

Be that as it may, WPA 8900 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner duly intimate the WBSEDCL after complying with all necessary formalities if any such intimation is received the WBSEDCL is directed to act in accordance with law and only after the petitioner has complied with all statutory formalities.
