Mr. Binay Panda and Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocates are appearing for the opposite party no.1/State. This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 24.02.2011 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 4th Court, Krishnagar, Nadia in Complaint Case No.370C of 2006 under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. An interim stay order was passed on 29.07.2011 regarding operation of impugned order for a period of six weeks. No interim order subsists as on date. The order dated 08.08.2014 directing service of notice upon opposite party no.2 through registered post with acknowledgement due and filing of affidavit of service has not been complied.
The criminal revisional application is therefore dismissed for default.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
