1. The report filed by the Investigating Agency shows recovery of the victim child and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

recorded by the learned ACJM, Contai is produced before us and the same be taken on record.

2. The victim child was recovered on 6th April, 2024 and produced before the Chairperson of C.W.C., Purba Medinipur for her care and protection as per the order of the learned ACJM, Contai, Purba Medinipur.

3. The victim child is presently staying at Snehachhaya C.C.I (Children's Home for CNCP Girls), Run by Antyodoy Anath Ashram Paushi, Vill. P.O. Paushi, Dist.- Purba Medinipur.

4. A copy of the report without annexures is shared with the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of by recording recovery of the child.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
