WPA 8119 of 2022 Ms. Anamika Saha .... For the Petitioner The matter pertains to the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, which is a 'Specified Act' in terms of Section 2(r) of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997. In view of exclusion of jurisdiction of this Court as laid down in Section 8 of the Act, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the present application.

The writ petition being WPA 8119 of 2022 is dismissed as not maintainable.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
