Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 7 & 8 files an affidavit as per the direction passed on 11.07.2024. The records of the writ petition reflect that the petitioner and the respondents have a dispute over the actual ownership of the land. To that effect, requisition was sent by the police authorities to the BL & LRO. Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 7 & 8 submits that the property is a 'Debatta'

property.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute, I am of the view that the petitioners and the respondents would better approach the Civil Court for deciding the disputes. No interference is called

for by this Court except to the extent that the police authorities would monitor in case there is any crisis of law and order or any untoward situation arising because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9229 of 2024 is disposed of.
