1. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order of the Deputy Registrar of the Co-operative Societies, Hooghly Range, passed on March 20, 2024.

Petitioner sought for an induction into the contributory provident fund, which was promulgated into the Co-operative Society from 2019. Though the petitioner, by the order, has been held to be entitled to his provident fund from April 2019 onwards, he alleges that in view of the Co-operative Society not furnishing any of the appointment letters since 2008, petitioner's entitlement has been severely mitigated.

2. The Co-operative Society is represented.

3. The Co-operative Society is agreeable to furnish the appointment letter and other requisite

documents to the petitioner by November 28, 2025.

4. The petitioner will furnish such documents to the respondent no. 4 within a week from receipt of such documents from the respondent no. 6.

5. Respondent no. 4 is directed to revisit the order of March 20, 2024, in the light of the additional documents to be furnished by the petitioner and modify the order, if necessary, within a period of two weeks from receipt of the requisite documents to be submitted by the petitioner.

6. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated directions.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.

9.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
