This is an application under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed against the order dated 28.09.2010 passed by Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia in MR Case No.08(iv) of 2010 granting maintenance of Rs.1,600/- to opposite party no.2. The interim order has been passed staying operation of the impugned order dated 28.09.2010. The petitioner has not complied the order dated 16.05.2011 and no notice has been served upon opposite party.

The revisional application is accordingly, dismissed for default. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia for information.
