The matter is listed today for service of notice upon the opposite party and for hearing. The petitioner has assailed the order dated 31.08.2010 passed by Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bolpur, Birbhum in Misc. Case No.97/2006 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure whereby maintenance of Rs.400/- was granted in favour of the minor child.

No notice has been served upon the opposite party till date. No affidavit of service has yet been filed after so many years. Considered.

The criminal revisional application stands dismissed for default. Other application, IA No. CRAN 1 of 2011 (Old No. CRAN 803 of 2011) is also dismissed.
