Ms. Biswas, ld. advocate appearing on behalf of the State, submits a report prepared by the Inspector-in-charge of Farakka P.S. Jangipur Police District.

The report reflects that the present appellant, namely, Khalilur Rahaman, has served out the sentence in connection with Farakka P.S. Case No. 370 of 2014 dt. 13.11.2014, wherein, he was convicted by the ld. Addl. District &Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad in Sessions Serial Case No. 52 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial Case No. 2/April/2015. In view of the sentence being served out by the present appellant, the present appeal as well as the connected application has become infructuous.

With the aforesaid observations, CRA 250 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous.

CRAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CRAN 1407 of 2019) is accordingly disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
