Mr. Roy, learned counsel representing the State submits a report pursuant to the direction given on 1st May, 2023.

The report reveals that the petitioner, who happens to be the sole accused person died on 11th January, 2021.

The proceeding in G.R.Case No. 1174 of 2010 arising out of Sankrail Police Station Case No. 155 of 2010 dated 29th March, 2010 therefore stands abated. Consequently, this revisional application has become "infructuous" and is disposed of.
