Petitioner complains that the child born out of the wedlock between her daughter and son-in-law is missing.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the father of the child is an accused of murdering the daughter of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the child is with his father and residing with paternal grandparents.

Essentially, the writ petition is for custody of the child.

We are not minded to enter into such arena in a writ petition of habeas corpus.

Since the petitioner is now aware of the location of the child, no further order needs be passed in this writ petition.

Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

WPA (H)/34/2026 is disposed of without any order as top costs.
