Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the two dead bodies were recovered. One of such dead bodies was recovered on the leading statement made by the petitioner. All the accuseds including the petitioner were identified in the T.I. Parade.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1222 of 2022 is dismissed.
