This intra-Court appeal by the writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 10th January, 2023 in W.P.A. No.3471 of 2022. By the said writ petition, the appellant sought for a direction upon the District Registrar to initiate action under Section 81 read with Section 83 of the Registration Act.

The learned Single Bench, in our opinion, rightly noted the factual situation and held that the grievances expressed by the appellant cannot be adjudicated by the registering authority and his remedy lies before the Civil Court.

It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the appellant that already civil proceedings have

been initiated. Thus, we find no ground to interfere with the order impugned. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
