Mr. Sankar Halder for the petitioner Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, AGP, Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay for the State The petitioner submits that though she has been appointed as Group- 'D' staff of the school and her appointment has duly been approved in December 2019, she has not been paid any remuneration till date. The learned advocate representing the State respondent hands over a letter to the court bearing Memo No. 250/GEN/SE dated 10th September 2020 written by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia to the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Ranaghat Sub-Division wherein it has been mentioned that the appointment of Runu Sil, i.e. the petitioner herein, be provisionally approved as Group-'D' staff. The Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE) has been requested to submit an action taken report to the office of the District Inspector of Schools (SE) immediately.

The learned advocate representing the State respondent submits that the issue will be resolved at the earliest.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia to look into the matter and take necessary steps to release the legal dues of the petitioner, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The instruction handed over by the learned advocate appearing for the State respondent be retained with the records.

The writ petition being WPA No. 6346 (W) of 2020 along with the connected applications being IA CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 4895 of 2020 are disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
