The petitioner is the wife, who prays for transfer of Mat Suit No.380 of 2022, which is pending before the learned District Judge, Hooghly, to the court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman.

The husband/opposite party has intimated his learned Advocate that he is agreeable to such transfer. A letter to that effect has been produced before this Court which is kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the learned District, Judge Hooghly, is directed to transmit the records with regard to Mat Suit No.380 of 2022, to the court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. The learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman, shall dispose of the suit either himself or assign

the matter to any competent court for disposal of the matrimonial suit. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties upon receipt of records and proceed expeditiously with the disposal of the suit.

The application is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
