The subject matter of challenge is the I.C.D.S. (Main) Examination, 2019 conducted by West Bengal Public Service Commission for recruitment in the post of Supervisor (Female).

The challenge is not amenable to the jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is to approach the State Administrative Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted, WPA 9259 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. This order however will not prevent the petitioner to pursue her relief before the appropriate forum of law in accordance with law.
