By consent of the parties, the appeal and the connected application are taken up together for hearing.

A demolition order dated November 28, 2019, issued by the Bhatpara Municipality, was challenged before the learned Single Judge. The writ petition was dismissed. Hence, this appeal.

Today, learned Advocate appearing for the appellants produces a copy of a Memo. dated July 11, 2022, issued by the Chairperson of the Bhatpara Municipality, whereby the demolition order dated

November 28, 2019 has been withdrawn. Let a copy of the Memo. be kept with the records.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains in the appeal. The appeal being F.M.A. 138 of 2022 and the connected application being IA No: C.A.N. 1 of 2021 are accordingly disposed of.

Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
