It has also been alleged that the private respondents have been threatening the petitioners.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the private respondent nos. 5 to 8 have constructed a temporary boundary structure and are in possession of the same.

Having considered that without any order either from a competent authority or from a court of law, the police authorities cannot remove and/or evict a person, the police authorities would only ensure that the egress and ingress of the petitioners is not blocked. To that effect, the police authorities would also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also ensure no untoward incident result because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8548 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
