Mr. Apurba Kr. Datta Mr. Mansoor Alam ... for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners would not like to press this application and would instead raise all the points taken up in this application before the learned Trial Court at the time of hearing of the main application under the provisions of the Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioners in raising all the points taking up in this application before the learned Trial Court.

The learned Trial Court shall make all endeavour to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
