In the second page of the order dated 05.09.2023 there is an inadvertent typographical error relating to the number of the revisional application. The correct number of the revisional application would be "CRR 1280 of 2023" which should be considered part and parcel of the said order instead of the incorrect number "CRR 1280 of 2022".

Department is directed to incorporate and insert the necessary corrections in the order dated 05.09.2023. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
