The petitioner has applied for mutual transfer with one Taniya Sarkar, Assistant Primary Teacher of Dakshin Sehardaha F.P. School, Diamond Harbour (South) Circle, South 24-Parganas to the Chairman of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 23rd March, 2024. 2.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioner's application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of two months from date and pass appropriate orders thereof. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
