Case No. 822 of 2017 arising out of Asansol (South) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 dated 11.04.2017, pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Burdwan at Asansol.

Ms. Faria Hossain along with Ms. Baisali Basu, learned counsel for the State is present with the case diary. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
