The writ petition has become infructuous as the Commissioner had already passed an order on April 17, 2023.

Mr. Das, learned advocate for the petitioners, points out several defects in the order and submits that leave be granted to file a supplementary affidavit, challenging such order.

This court is of the view that the propriety of the order cannot be challenged by way of a supplementary affidavit and a fresh writ petition should be filed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
