Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted a written instruction of the petitioner no. 2 who had sworn the affidavit in the revisional application. It is submitted that the petitioners now do not want to proceed with the aforesaid revision and pray for leave to withdraw the same. The said written instruction be taken on record. The present revisional application relates to Burwan P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 under Sections 498A/323/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the said fact and the materials on record, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw the revisional application as prayed for.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn.
