In Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mrs. Debjani Sahu ................for the State.

The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Posta P.S. Case No. 307 of 2012 dated 13.08.2012.

Pursuant to the order dated 2nd May, 2022, learned advocate for the State has submitted a status report. Let the report be kept with the record.

The report reflects that the chargesheet has already been submitted and the case is at the stage of trial and the next date has been fixed on 12th July, 2022. The contentions advanced in the revisional application relate to mixed question of facts and law, which cannot be adjudicated at this stage. As such, the revisional application being CRR 746 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

The learned Magistrate is directed to proceed with the trial of the

case so that the same can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.
