Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, due to bona fide inadvertence, the name of the petitioner was mentioned in the cause title of the writ petition as "Anup" instead of his actual name, which is "Arup".

Accordingly, leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the writ petitioner to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the writ petition, thereby altering the name of the petitioner from "Anup" to "Arup".

Similar alteration be deemed to have been carried out in the cause title in the order dated May 11, 2022. Let this order be deemed to be a part of the order dated May 11, 2022.
