The present application has been preferred for modification of the condition of bail of the petitioner relating to return of the passport.

Today when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner.

Having regard to the grounds which have been assigned for return of the passport, I am of the view that the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRAN 4417 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous.
