The grievance of the petitioner is that though hearing was conducted on May 28, 2019 in compliance of the order passed by this Court on February 25, 2019 in WP 3780(W) of 2019 the fate of the said hearing is yet to be communicated to the petitioner.

Learned advocate representing the South 24Parganas District Primary School Council submits, upon instruction that, admittedly the hearing has been conducted but the result of the hearing has not been communicated to the petitioner.

It has been submitted that the same will be communicated to the petitioner at the earliest. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman,

District Primary School Council, South 24-Parganas to communicate the fate of the hearing taken on May 28, 2019 to the petitioner at the earliest, but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
