1. The police case is dated May 21, 2021. There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioners.

2. Moreover, we rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of other co-accused on February 10, 2024 passed in CRM(A) 611 of 2023. Petitioners before us stand on the same footing.

3. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
