...for the State The learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have complied with all the conditions imposed by the coordinate Bench on 4th March, 2021.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have complied with the conditions and having regard to the fact that nothing adverse against the petitioners are available on record, we modify the earlier condition of anticipatory bail to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagore, District Hooghly once in two months until further orders. The petitioners shall also appear before the learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless there are unavoidable reasons.

With the aforesaid modification, CRAN 3 of 2021 stands disposed of. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
