1. State informed the de facto complainant.

2. None appears for de facto complainant.

3. Statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, remains largely uncorroborated at this stage.

4. Moreover, there is a delay in lodgement of the F.I.R.

5. In such circumstances, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week till the conclusion of the investigation.
