Having perused the record it is noticed that the petitioner has raised the grievance in respect of putting of iron grill on the open portion in the western side of Baikuntha Sarobar which is open pond, a part of which being used for swimming.

It is not known if after a lapse of more than four years the grievance of the petitioner still survives. Be that as it may, since no one is appearing for the petitioner, therefore, the petition is dismissed in default.
