1. All the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.

2. The revisional application has been filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding in connection with Netaji Nagar Police Station Case No. 253 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022 under Sections 498A/ 406/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as opposite party No.2 have filed one joint compromise petition being CRAN 2 of 2025.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State is present and left the matter to the discretion of this Court.

5. After perusing the averment of the compromise petition, I find no reason to stand in the way of compromise.

6. Let the joint compromise petition filed by the parties stands accepted.

7. The proceeding in connection with Netaji Nagar Police Station Case No. 253 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022 under Sections 498A/ 406/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act stands quashed against the petitioner/Chitralekha Koley only.

8. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

9. Connected application also stands disposed of accordingly.
