The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of an electricity connection.

It is submitted by the WBSEDCL that in view of third party objections by local residents there is no question of providing any new fresh electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, WPA 8950 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned District Magistrate having jurisdiction to decide whether any electricity connection can be provided to premises of the petitioner or not in accordance with law.
