1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application was dismissed as not pressed on 22.11.2024 in CRM (A) 4068 of 2024. However, afterwards, by an order dated 3.4.2025 passed in CRM (A) 1049 of 2025 the prayer for anticipatory bail of some co-accused was allowed.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that no liberty was granted by the Court while the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was not pressed.

3. It is indeed true that no liberty was granted by the Division Bench to pray for anticipatory bail afresh at the time when the application was not pressed by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, I find no material change in circumstance for entertaining a second application for anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as not maintainable.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
