1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the petitioner was made to sit in the office of the Returning Officer, Jhalda on 6th April, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. for submission of his nomination but subsequently it was informed to the petitioner that the time for submission of the nomination paper is over and the petitioner was not allowed to submit the nomination paper.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner has made a representation to the Returning Officer on 6th April, 2026 and the same is still pending before the Returning Officer.

4. The petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ application for taking appropriate steps before the appropriate forum as and when cause of action arose.

5. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage.
