Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering their submission, this writ petition being WPA 8571 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Registrar of the Cooperative Society/respondent no.6 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 8th February, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other

interested parties within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.
