Opposing the prayer, learned counsel for the State submits that PW-1 who is an eye witness to the incident has implicated the petitioner in the murder. Trial is at its fag end and examination of the Investigating Officer is in progress. Considering the material available on record implicating the petitioner as well as the fact that trial at its fag end, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.

The application is disposed of.
