Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Allegation of defalcation of fund is involved. There are materials in the case diary, which implicates the petitioner. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2088 of 2022 is dismissed.
