On the basis of the assurance given by the distribution company that the connection will be given to the petitioner once the Rabi crops are harvested, no further orders need be passed.

The WBSEDCL shall supply connection to the petitioner for his submersible pump, within one month after the seasonal crops are harvested. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
