1. This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 23.03.2023 in WPA 17769 of 2021 by which the learned Writ Court permitted the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition but imposed cost.

2. After hearing the learned Advocate for the appellant and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that in the present case while permitting the appellant to withdraw the writ petition cost need not be imposed.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and the cost imposed on the appellant stands deleted.
