The petitioner is aggrieved that in respect of the complaint against the private respondents, FIR was registered but no investigation is conducted. It is submitted by the Counsel for the State that Falta Police Station, Diamond Harbour Police District C.S.No. 93 of 2022 dated 30th April, 2022 under Sections 341/323/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed.

The grievance of the petitioner that charge-sheet is incomplete and does not record some facts, is required to be raised under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner may do so in accordance with

law.

Counsel for the respondent no.4, Mr. Sarwar Jahan, submits that there are complaints against the petitioner for constructing on a public khal, which are being investigated by the Falta Police Station, Diamond Harbour Police District.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order. The instructions of Falta Police Station, Diamond Harbour Police District addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta dated 11th May, 2022 filed in Court today, be taken on record. There will be no order as to costs.
