1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Criminal Motion No. 206 of 2023 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Fast Track Court at Alipore.

2. It is submitted that the criminal motion was filed in the year 2023 and till date revisional application has not been disposed of for want of the Trial Court Records.

3. Considering that the matter is being disposed of. Learned Public Prosecutor along with Ms. Pushpita Saha are appointed to represent the State in this case. Let their appointment be regularized.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Fast Track Court, Alipore shall dispose of the

Criminal Motion No. 206 of 2023 within 60 days from the date of this order.

5. The production of the Trial Court Records is subject to the direction of the Court and the matter should not be adjourned on such grounds. The learned Judge shall ensure that the Trial Court Records are produced and dispose of this case as directed.

6. Accordingly, CRR 1693 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Petitioner is granted liberty to communicate the server copy of this order.
